Fish Festival

Three large grids are installed at the port where they are cooked by expert chefs as good swordfish caught in the days before by the swordship. The fish is then skillfully seasoned with oil, oregano, salt and fresh salad and accompanied by the inevitable glass of good white wine together with home-made bread.
